1.3

Hey folks,

Long time since an update.  Just a note to say that we've moved to 1.3.  Some people were having difficulties since the change (falling through blocks, getting kicked off, etc).  Please keep pestering me if this is still happening -- it's the only way I know things are still wrong :)

Anyway, I'm continuing to try to figure out what the issue is.  I've pulled out some of the older mods that we've not really been using and which haven't been maintained by their developers (minecart mania for one).
